On-site exhibition

Direct contact with your target group and the personal exchange of contact details are the most significant advantages of presenting your company/institute at an on-site event. Our exhibitions are directly integrated into the event areas to offer perfect conditions. Many break times and, last but not least, side events like the MSE Party or the Poster Evening located in the center of the exhibition give extensive possibilities to get into conversation with the participants on-site.

Floor Plan

We ask you to pay attention to the following points before booking your on-site booth:

  • On-site exhibition space is limited and, as far as the venue allows, directly integrated into the catering area or the ways to the event rooms. The booth space allocation will be done according to the booking categories. You can indicate your desired booth space in the booking form.
  • To secure the escape routes, we kindly ask you to observe the specified booth areas.
  • For the rental of additional stand furniture, please get in touch with expodgm-inventum.de.
  • All booth construction materials used must comply with the fire protection standards according to DIN 4102.
  • Machines and instruments are allowed for presentation purposes but require prior approval. Please get in touch with us for this purpose at expodgm-inventum.de.
  • The mounting of advertising materials on the wall or glass surfaces of the venue is strictly forbidden.

Premium

It is located directly at the central catering station and in the passage area from the entrance/registration to the lecture rooms.
Rental Exhibition Stand is included in the stand areas of Premium:

Rental Exhibition Stand at Premium booking includes:

- 1x power connection
- 5x wall elements 100 x 250 cm white
- 1x stainless steel bar table H: 110 cm, plate 70 cm, white
- 1x counter white H: 110 cm, plate: 60 x 80 cm white
- 2x Ensor stools, frame: chrome, seat: faux leather blac
- 1x Galaxy Brochure Stand
- 1x spotlight 100 W halogen
- 1x waste paper basket // 3 sockets // stand no.

The Rental Exhibition Stand is only included to the Premium booth spaces.
For Basic booth spaces, Rental Exhibition Stand must be ordered and paid separately, if desired.

Basic

Basic floor spaces are located in the direct route of the participants and in a side aisle that is well and regularly frequented. All floor spaces are integrated into the poster exhibition. There is a separate coffee station in this side aisle.
